Job Title: Zscaler Transition Lead Client: [Confidential] Location: Long Beach, CA / Tempe, AZ (Hybrid/Remote) Start Date: 10/13/2025 | End Date: 12/31/2025 Duration: Approx. 3 months Experience Required: 10+ years POC: Bharath Subramanya Job Description We are seeking an experienced Zscaler Transition Lead to oversee the transition of Zscaler services from implementation to steady-state operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, proxy services, and cloud-based security platforms, ensuring operational readiness and seamless service handover. Key Responsibilities • Lead the handover of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) services from project to operations. • Develop and execute transition, documentation, and training plans. • Establish and validate monitoring, alerting, SLA, and KPI mechanisms. • Collaborate closely with network, security, and service desk teams to ensure operational efficiency. • Liaise with Zscaler support and account teams for escalations and service improvements. • Prepare SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles to support ongoing operations. • Conduct training sessions for L1/L2 support teams. • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for better service performance. Required Skills & Experience • Proven expertise in Zscaler transition management minimum 10 years of experience. • Strong knowledge of ZIA, ZPA, and cloud-based network security. • Hands-on experience with network and proxy services. • Excellent coordination, documentation, and training skills. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
