The Marketing Operations Specialist, Consultant will lead the Individual and Family Plans Broker Marketing strategy and campaign implementation as well as support the acquisition and retention deliverables for the under 65 consumer line of business. The Marketing Operations Specialist, Consultant will report to the IFP Senior Marketing Manager. In this role you will collaborate with a team of marketers dedicated to driving the acquisition and retention of Blue Shield members located throughout California. Support clinical staff by processing Treatment Authorization Requests accurately and timely for Medi-Cal or Commercial/Medicare lines of business. | Experience in clinical services intake, knowledge of Medi-Cal or Medicare insurance processes, and ability to support clinical operations. | Your Role The MCS Clinical Service Intake team is responsible for timely and accurate processing of Treatment Authorization Requests. The Clinical Services Coordinator (CSC), Intermediate will report to the Supervisor of Clinical Services Intake. In this role you will be supporting clinical staff with day-to-day operations for Promise (Medi-Cal) or Commercial/Medicare lines of business.
