Job Description BryceTech has an immediate opening for a Project Manager – Senior to support the Under Secretary of Defense/Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (USD/DUSD(R&E)) Front Office; (2) the Offices of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (OASD) for Science and Technology (S&T), Mission Capabilities (MC), and Critical Technologies (CT); and (3) Deputy Secretary of Defense (DSD). The Project Manager - Senior will provide management and operational support to senior OUSD(R&E) leadership, including developing decision-support work products, tracking initiatives, planning meetings and workshops, and effectively communicating and collaborating with civilian and military personnel at all levels. Responsibilities Responsible for providing action and task management support, to include developing management tools, integrating tasks with work packages and correspondence workflows, coordinating assignments and completion dates, and tracking actions to closure with escalation as needed. Responsible for supporting project and initiative planning and management, to include facilitating planning meetings, developing planning artifacts such as statements of work, charters, schedules, and Gantt charts, facilitating integrated project teams, and preparing executive-level status briefings. Responsible for providing decision support, to include developing frameworks to distill complex issues into clear courses of action and preparing business case analyses that assess and quantify costs, benefits, and risks. Responsible for supporting process improvement, to include facilitating the development and refinement of office processes and implementing process changes through communication and training of staff. Responsible for supporting performance management, to include developing and implementing performance metrics and tracking mechanisms and providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required in related field such Science, Mathematics, or Engineering. 10 years of demonstrated relevant experience is required Four (4) years of specialized experience Ability to work in fast paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree is preferred PMP certification is preferred Proven experience in project and operational management, strategy development, executive decision support, and cross-functional communication in DoD environments, with mastery of MS Office, the ability to manage multiple projects, deliver high-quality results, and assess and execute urgent tasks efficiently. Job Description BryceTech is seeking a Corporate Program Manager (CPM) to lead and oversee enterprise-wide professional services support for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under the anticipated HHS One Professional Services Solution (HOPSS) contract. This role serves as the single point of accountability for contract execution across HHS Operating Divisions (OpDivs) and Staff Divisions (StaffDivs), providing strategic leadership, operational governance, and customer engagement at the Department level. The Corporate Program Manager will oversee multiple task orders, Program Managers, and functional leads while ensuring consistent delivery, compliance, and performance excellence across the full HHS mission space. Key Responsibilities Serve as the overall Contract Program Manager for HOPSS, accountable for performance, quality, and customer satisfaction across all awarded task orders Provide executive-level engagement with HHS leadership and Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs) Establish and maintain program governance, including performance management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and reporting Lead, mentor, and supervise multiple Program Managers and Project Managers supporting individual task orders and HHS components Ensure consistent execution of program management best practices across all HHS support efforts Oversee contract administration activities including: Staffing and workforce planning Financial management and cost control Schedule and deliverables management Compliance with FAR, HHS policies, and contract requirements Coordinate closely with corporate leadership on: Talent acquisition and retention strategies Quality assurance and continuous improvement Business development support for task order growth and recompetes Support transition-in and transition-out activities as required Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and mission impact across the HHS enterprise Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Public Health, or a related field 10+ years of federal program management experience, including large, complex professional services contracts Demonstrated experience managing multi-task-order or IDIQ contracts Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and multiple stakeholders Strong understanding of federal contracting environments, compliance, and performance-based service delivery Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience briefing senior government leadership Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business, Management, Public Health, or a related field Experience overseeing programs that span multiple HHS OpDivs/StaffDivs Familiarity with services similar to those historically provided under SOAR (e.g., program management, administrative support, acquisition support, IT/business operations, scientific or health-related support services) PMP or equivalent program management certification Experience supporting contract growth, task order proposals, or on-ramp activities Additional Information Employment is contingent upon contract award.
