Manage all daily store operations including staff supervision, customer service, inventory, cash handling, and compliance with policies and regulations. | Requires food service management experience, leadership and communication skills, ability to train and motivate staff, and willingness to work long hours. | The Yogurt Mountain Store Manager is responsible for all daily operations and management of the entire store, while maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities • Maximize profits and guest satisfaction by operating the store in adherence with all store policies and guidelines, as well as governmental regulations • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through staff training and positive motivation • Ensure exceptional customer service on a daily basis and handle guest complaints immediately • Recruit, select, and hire all team members, based on our company hiring guidelines • Supervise, direct, counsel, and assist all team members with daily operations, customer inquiries, shift duties, and store procedures • Responsible for Yogurt Mountain Shift Leader and Team Member performance reviews • Maintain the highest standard of interior and exterior store conditions • Ensure the preventive maintenance program is executed properly for all equipment • Ensure the store is prepared for inspections from home office and the Yogurt Mountain Franchise Team • Manage all cash handling for the store, including accounts payable, cash and credit card reconciliations, cashier tills, bank deposit and payroll records • Manage all store inventory: execute orders, shipping and receiving of product • Minimize controllable expenses and maximize sales and profits • Communicate and actively manage marketing promotions • Maintain exceptional community and customer relations • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements • 21 years of age or older • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred • Positive background check • Management experience in food service industry • Excellent leadership, supervisory, communication, and organizational skills • Proven ability to train, develop and motivate associates • Professional appearance • Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week Physical and Environmental Requirements • Standing for up to 8 - 10 hours • Lifting up to 40 pounds with or without assistance • Speaking, hearing, bending, reaching, stooping, climbing • Ability to climb via step stool or ladder
