Integrate identity, access management, provisioning, and compliance controls across SaaS platforms to enable secure self-service. Monitor and maintain workflow reliability, including failure detection, retry strategies, and audit logging. Translate research-backed interaction patterns and onboarding flows into working, instrumented software.
