In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional team applying human-centered innovation and effective communication strategies to improve engagement. The Strategic Communications Specialist supports day-to-day content operations for CMCS web properties, including Medicaid.gov, InsureKidsNow.gov, and data.medicaid.gov. Working under the guidance of senior content staff, this role assists with loading, staging, and publishing content; applying accessibility and style standards; and supporting routine communications and data updates. The Strategic Communications Specialist collaborates with business owners and internal teams to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule while following established processes and workflows.
