Drive new and existing customer sales opportunities through consultative selling, manage sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and build long-term client relationships. | 2-5 years quota carrying sales experience, CRM proficiency, MSP and VMS knowledge, strong communication, and negotiation skills. | The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Responsibilities • Meet and exceed sales targets • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers • Identify and develop new business opportunities within MSP accounts and VMS-driven programs. • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close. • Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, MSP program managers, and procurement leaders. • Partner with internal recruiting teams to align delivery with client needs. • Track, analyze, and report on sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools. • Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements while ensuring compliance with client requirements. • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to expand business relationships. Qualifications • 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota • Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Vendor Management Systems (VMSs) • Strong written and verbal communication skills
