Drive new and existing customer sales opportunities through consultative selling, manage sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and build long-term client relationships.
2-5 years quota carrying sales experience, CRM proficiency, MSP and VMS knowledge, strong communication, and negotiation skills.
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Responsibilities • Meet and exceed sales targets • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers • Identify and develop new business opportunities within MSP accounts and VMS-driven programs. • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close. • Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, MSP program managers, and procurement leaders. • Partner with internal recruiting teams to align delivery with client needs. • Track, analyze, and report on sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools. • Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements while ensuring compliance with client requirements. • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to expand business relationships. Qualifications • 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota • Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Vendor Management Systems (VMSs) • Strong written and verbal communication skills
