QUALIFICATIONS Required * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. * 8-10 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on .NET technologies. * Strong experience with database tools (e.g., SSIS) and database development. * Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing). * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Execute integrated multi-channel growth marketing programs to drive pipeline and customer engagement. | Bachelor's degree with 5–8+ years in growth marketing or B2B pipeline marketing and proficiency in marketing automation and ABM. | JOB SUMMARY The Senior Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing integrated, multi-channel growth marketing programs that drive pipeline creation, customer engagement, and measurable commercial impact across Baylor Genetics’ strategic priorities. This role serves as a core operator within the Growth Marketing pipeline engine, translating strategy into scalable campaign execution across digital channels, ABM programs, nurture journeys, webinars, paid media, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Director of Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and the Digital Content Strategist, this individual is responsible for campaign orchestration, Martech activation, audience targeting, channel execution, and performance optimization designed to move prospects through the funnel from inquiry to MQL to SQL to opportunity. This role requires a highly execution-oriented marketer with strong experience in B2B demand generation, digital campaign activation, marketing automation, and performance-driven pipeline marketing. The role is accountable for process and product optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position provides executive leadership with visibility into portfolio health, organizational capacity, delivery risks, operational performance, and strategic opportunities while driving improvements in efficiency, quality, customer experience, and business outcomes.
