Let's change the game together! We’re looking for a Director, Strategic Marketing & Brand to lead the execution and operationalization of our brand, content, creative, and communications efforts. This role is responsible for translating Axonify’s product marketing strategy and company direction into high-impact brand assets, launch programs, and communications that support revenue growth and market credibility. The Director of Brand ensures that what Axonify says, and how it shows up, is clear, consistent, and effective, without redefining the strategy itself. This is a hands-on leadership role for an operator who excels at prioritization, sequencing, and delivery. You will lead the brand engine that turns strategy into action, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Enablement, and Sales. The impact you'll have: Brand & Narrative Leadership Execute and maintain Axonify’s brand strategy, messaging, and narrative as defined by Product Marketing and company leadership. Ensure Axonify’s voice and visual identity are consistently activated across all channels and customer touchpoints. Maintain and evolve brand systems, style guides, and creative frameworks to support scale and speed. Ensure brand presence reflects Axonify’s category position and value proposition accurately and consistently. Content, Creative & Storytelling Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team spanning content, design, and communications. Own the brand and content backlog, prioritization, and delivery cadence. Oversee production of high-quality assets that support product launches, sales enablement, demand generation, and customer advocacy. Drive efficiency and throughput across the brand engine through strong planning and workflow management. Communications & PR Manage external communications execution, including product and company announcements, press releases and launch communications, and analyst briefing preparation and follow-up. Coordinate with external agencies as needed to support launches and moments of amplification. Support executive communications by developing clear, aligned messaging and FAQs. Cross-Functional Partnership Partner closely with: Product Marketing (strategy, positioning, launch direction) Performance Marketing (campaign execution and scale) Enablement (sales readiness and asset adoption) Sales and Customer teams (proof, references, and field storytelling) Provide brand and creative support for product-assisted demand experiences and digital exploration journeys. Ensure brand execution supports revenue priorities without creating competing narratives. Leadership & Operations Manage, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of clarity, accountability, and high performance. Establish and track KPIs related to brand execution, content effectiveness, and launch readiness. Regularly report progress, risks, and outcomes to Marketing leadership. The Role The Senior Manager, Business Development Representatives is responsible for building and scaling a world-class global BDR organization. Team Management & Performance Scaling Maintain scalable frameworks for performance, hiring, onboarding, and coaching across the BDR team. Establish operating rhythms, goals, and accountability structures that drive sustained high performance. Ensure consistent execution across the BDR team while enabling flexibility based on market differences. Develop capacity and productivity models that support predictable pipeline delivery. Pipeline Ownership & Revenue Partnership Own BDR pipeline contribution targets across inbound, outbound, and hybrid motions. Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership on territory planning, segmentation, and BDR-to-AE alignment. Partner with Marketing on campaign strategy, lead routing, and demand-generation alignment. Monitor pipeline health, conversion performance, and key productivity metrics to inform forecasting. Operational Excellence & Process Standardization Build and standardize BDR workflows, playbooks, and execution frameworks. Champion innovation by identifying and deploying technology that improves efficiency, personalization, and conversion effectiveness. What You’ll Bring 5+ years experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Pipeline Generation roles, with 2+ years in a people leadership role. Proven experience overseeing BDR teams across multiple geographies. Demonstrated success implementing new technologies and large-scale system integrations. Strong project management and change-management experience in complex, cross-functional environments. Deep understanding of BDR competency models, coaching frameworks, and career progression structures.
