Supporting HR transactions and project coordination including creating team sites, monitoring project plans, and preparing status reports. | Requires 3+ years HR experience, proficiency in Excel, familiarity with HRIS and project management tools, and experience with process improvement and M&A. | Title: HR Project Coordinator Location: Remote (WA, CA, OR, MT, TX, or, AK) Type: Contract - 12+ months Pay: $42 - $46/hr + DOE Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, EAP, pet and legal insurance, Averro has the option to opt into paid holidays and PTO This role will perform a variety of duties in support of HR transactions including acquisitions, insourcing, joint ventures, divestitures and mass movement. Responsibilities: • Creating and maintaining teams sites • Organizing and monitoring project plans and related planners • Preparing status reports capturing all progress, risks and key decisions made in respect to each project • Interact with all members of the HR project workstreams, ensuring participants follow through on commitments related to due diligence and integration/disintegration Desired Attributes Include: • 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in shared services • Detail oriented, demonstrating thoroughness, timely follow up and ongoing initiative • Excel savvy, expertise with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functionality • Familiarity with HRIS data elements and attributes • Inquisitive, analytical, enjoys researching and identifying the root cause of errors • Able to manage multiple simultaneous projects under tight timelines • Strong verbal communication skills • Familiar with Teams Forms and SharePoint • Not afraid to ask questions and probe for resolution as needed • Familiarity with Oracle or other SAP and cloud based systems desired • Process Improvement oriented • Prior M & A experience a plus

Requisition Summary As a Customer Center Specialist, you will deliver excellent service by quickly identifying and deploying the best resources for customer needs. You’ll coordinate emergency roadside service through our service provider network, support dealers, and keep drivers moving. This role offers valuable front-line experience, daily interaction with essential drivers, and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the supply chain. Job Functions / Responsibilities • Determine and deploy the appropriate service resource. • Monitor job progress and provide timely updates to customers. • Document all details of each incident. • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure customer needs are met. • Establish and confirm method of payment. • Provide feedback to dealers, customers, and internal teams. • Schedule non-emergency service and support contract maintenance customers.
