Reporting to the Manager of Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager serves as a strategic partner to assigned accounts, namely general contractors and subcontractors in the construction industry. You will partner with your assigned accounts, and dive deep into the many business units of your customers. You will conduct collaborative success planning engagements to understand your customers’ strategic business initiatives and align them to desired outcomes. You will map your customers’ desired outcomes to industry workflows and Autodesk product capabilities, then mobilize cross-functional teams to execute success plans. Your work will ensure customers successfully adopt Autodesk workflows and capabilities, thus maximizing their ROI with Autodesk. Throughout the course of the customer lifecycle, you will communicate progress made and value delivered to diverse stakeholders via Executive Business Reviews. You will also proactively identify and monitor risks to customer sentiment and value delivery across your assigned accounts. To mitigate risk and secure renewals, you will develop contingency plans with your account team and escalate critical issues with clear recommendations. This job is remote and can be located anywhere in the USA preferably near an airport due to travel requirements. Responsibilities Content strategy and content design leadership • Define and drive content strategy across complex product ecosystems. • Define a vision, purpose, strategy, and rationale for developing content and language that supports business goals. • Mentor and guide UX designers, marketers, and content designers on cross-organizational project teams. • Advocate for user-centered design and content best practices. E-commerce and conversion optimization • Craft persuasive, accessible content that drives engagement and conversion across digital commerce platforms. • Use research, testing, and analytics to inform content decisions. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging with brand and business goals. AI and ML integration • Leverage AI tools for content generation and integrate AI into content design best practices to drive consistency and scalability. • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to design personalized content experiences. • Shape content models and taxonomies that support machine learning applications. • Ensure ethical and inclusive language in AI-generated content. CMS operations • Apply Contentful experience to provide CMS governance and optimization perspectives. Help define workflows, metadata standards, and lifecycle practices to drive scalability. • Have a strong grasp of content type development and implementation. Minimum Qualifications • 8–10+ years in UX writing, content design, or related fields. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across disciplines. • Knowledge of customer journeys and how to identify opportunities for content touchpoints. • Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in UX. • Experience with enterprise headless CMSs (such as Contentful) and content models. • Strong grasp of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles. • Data fluency: able to interpret analytics and user research to inform content. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree (English, Communications, Design, IA, or HCI preferred) or equivalent work experience within a related field. • Experience with prompt engineering and generative AI tools. • Familiarity with SEO/AEO best practices and strategies. • Knowledge of Autodesk products. • Experience in large global enterprise organizations.
