Manage key customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. | Minimum 5 years in sales, business development, or marketing, with experience in relevant markets such as Automotive or Industrial, and ability to travel 40-60%. | Hiring for an experienced Sales and Business Development professional to serve as Senior Account Manager for Nomex and Kevlar products within Automative and Industrial Markets. This role is responsible for managing existing key customers and developing new customer relationships. You will develop and execute growth sales strategy, including creation and negotiation of key supply agreements with strategic partners. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply. • Build strong relationships with customers, prospects, key influencers, and decision makers across the value chain in the A&I markets. • Perform global Account Management of key direct customers and End-use customers. • Coordinate all internal multi-functional customer-facing team activities. • Identify, manage and deliver new business opportunities to achieve revenue, profit and growth targets. • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities through Salesforce that are aligned with segment strategy to deliver profitable growth in target markets. • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of Marketing, Technical, and Sales Leadership to drive execution of innovation programs by assessing customer needs, introducing new or existing products and positioning Kevlar® and Nomex® as the preferred solution to support customers’ growth objectives. • Participate in industry associations and events to promote Kevlar® and Nomex®. • Share business, competitive and industry intelligence with internal organization (marketing, research and development, tech service, customer service, etc) to promote increased revenue and value. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or Business; MBA preferred • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Marketing, preferably in relevant markets • Demonstrated ability to hunt for new opportunities and manage pipeline by communicating needs and identifying key action steps. • Perform excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, collaborating with cross-functional teams • Fulfill approximately 40-60% travel (can be home office based) • Experience in Automotive, Fiber Optic, or Industrial markets • Experience working at the downstream OEM/end user level as well as with value chain partners Note: Qualified candidates will be contacted within 2 business days of application.
