This role provides senior-level program, business, and analytical support across FAA program management activities, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and executive communications. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Education: BA/BS required; MA/MS preferred Years of Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience aligned with education level Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance Self-motivated, independent thinker requiring minimal supervision Customer-service oriented problem solver able to work independently and on diverse teams Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across varying levels of authority and technical expertise Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills Ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Flexible and adaptable to shifting deadlines and last-minute tasking Detail-oriented with excellent time management and prioritization skills Ability to quickly assess changing requirements and implement effective solutions Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint Experience setting up and operating video conferencing systems RESPONSIBILITIES Build, maintain, analyze, and report on program and project data Develop and analyze cost, schedule, and performance metrics Generate weekly and monthly status reports, dashboards, and trend analyses Identify project risks, issues, and trends and communicate findings to management Support development of cost estimates for procurement actions Develop and improve business systems, processes, and procedures based on user requirements Perform cost-benefit and schedule analyses to support management decision-making Provide quality assurance support as required Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned business processes and systems Develop mathematical models and quantitative analyses related to business operations Serve as a primary point of contact for FAA NAS customers and external stakeholders Support program and project management activities, including planning, coordination, and documentation Prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, and support meetings and executive briefings Develop, edit, and review professional documentation including briefings, memoranda, correspondence, reports, and presentations Ensure content suitability for target audiences and compliance with style guides Organize and facilitate program reviews, all-hands meetings, and off-site conferences Develop, track, and analyze business and performance metrics Support strategic planning, scheduling, and communication planning activities Prepare executive-level meeting minutes and track action items Attend executive leadership meetings and provide direct program support Analyze conflicts and interdependencies across TAMR programs Develop, maintain, and coordinate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the TAMR External Funding Initiative Coordinate internal and external reviews and updates of SLAs Support funding requests and monitoring activities associated with SLAs Develop summary documentation and status reporting related to SLA performance

Required Qualifications / Skills • An active DOD SECRET Clearance. • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2+ years of related experience and/or training in an industrial mechanical maintenance or manufacturing environment. • Vocational Diploma, Technical Diploma or associate’s degree from a technical maintenance or vocational school, is highly desirable but not required. • Possess the ability to function effectively in a team environment and interact productively with all levels of team personnel and outside contractors. • English proficiency (spoken/written) and ability to follow oral and written instructions, read/write work orders, write daily reports, understand machine manuals, etc. • Able to understand and communicate orders/instructions using various communication devices. • Operational and maintenance knowledge and proficiency of common industrial equipment and systems to include engines, pumps, generators, trucks, cranes and other lifting devices (e.g., forklifts, genie lifts, scissor lifts, pallet jacks). Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring that machines and equipment operate efficiently and reliably by performing routine maintenance and repairs to prevent breakdowns. May assist in performing mechanical systems upgrades. Must be able to demonstrate broad skills in an industrial/maintenance environment operating customized machinery and systems. General knowledge areas include mechanical, plumbing, electrical, generators, hydraulic, cooling, high pressure systems, lift/crane systems, pumps and some fabrication. • Conduct Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and machinery to prevent mechanical failures. This includes changing worn-out parts, lubricating moving components, and checking fluid levels. • Identify Issues by Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose mechanical issues before they lead to significant problems. This involves using diagnostic tools and techniques to assess equipment performance. • Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. This documentation is crucial for tracking equipment performance and compliance with safety regulations. • Collaborate with a Highly Integrated Team: Work closely with other technicians and aerospace engineers to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations. • Ensure Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
