Your efforts will enhance the organization's visibility, engage members, and promote the value of security professionals worldwide. What You'll Do: - You will develop and implement comprehensive communication plans that align with ASIS International’s mission and goals. - You will manage content creation for various channels including newsletters, social media, press releases, and the website. - You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity. - You will monitor media coverage and analyze communication metrics to optimize outreach efforts. - You will coordinate events and campaigns to engage members and stakeholders effectively. - You will oversee crisis communication and respond promptly to media inquiries. - You will manage relationships with media outlets and industry influencers. - You will support leadership with speechwriting and presentation materials. What You Bring: - You have at least 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field. - You possess strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to diverse audiences. - You are proficient in digital communication tools, including social media platforms and content management systems. - You have experience managing media relations and developing strategic communication plans. - You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
