How you'll make an impact in this role • Coordinate office operations and workflow for the assigned department, ensuring efficient administrative support and continuity of daily activities. • Manage office services and communications, including telephone coverage, supplies, and the preparation and distribution of correspondence, meeting materials, and reports. • Maintain organizational systems and compliance, tracking scheduling information, managing filing systems, and disseminating updates to policies and procedures. • Support operational efficiency and stakeholder communication by monitoring office expenses, recommending process improvements, and responding to internal and external inquiries with appropriate information and resources. Responsibilities: • Manages and interprets a wide variety of clinical or EHR based data • Formulates and helps to define the scope or format of reports • Uses clinical knowledge, background, or experience to guide analytic needs • Compiles clinical data to meet customer requirements or analytic needs • Work with members of technical teams to determine data availability, robustness, and fitness for release • Identifies trends within data and makes recommendations for quality improvement Requirements Education: • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate' degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
