Responsibilities: • Ensure all duties are performed in alignment with company standards, best practices, SOPs, policies, and relevant employment laws. • Manage and monitor workflows and provide support, training, and techniques to assist staff in achieving department daily/weekly/monthly goals and standards. • Encourage positive morale, maintain harmony among staff, and assist in resolving grievances or escalating them to upper management when necessary. Qualifications: • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant tax experience. • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize activities. • Ability to provide excellent customer service, including patience, a friendly attitude, empathy towards internal/external stakeholders, and the appropriate sense of urgency.
