We are currently looking for an experienced PIP Attorney to join our growing firm. Seeking someone with 2+ years of Personal Injury Protection Attorney, who is licensed in New Jersey. Requirements: • 3+ years of Personal Injury Protection Attorney • Previous defense experience • Licensed in New Jersey and in good standing Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all PIP cases, ensuring demands are properly executed and correcting them if necessary • Conduct thorough reviews of case documents, including demand responses and payment records, to determine the legitimacy of filing suit • Draft and attend motions for various hearings, including Summary Judgment, Dismissal, Compelling Depositions, and Discovery The annual salary for this position is between 90k-150k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Responsibilities: • Ensure all duties are performed in alignment with company standards, best practices, SOPs, policies, and relevant employment laws. • Manage and monitor workflows and provide support, training, and techniques to assist staff in achieving department daily/weekly/monthly goals and standards. • Encourage positive morale, maintain harmony among staff, and assist in resolving grievances or escalating them to upper management when necessary. Qualifications: • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant tax experience. • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize activities. • Ability to provide excellent customer service, including patience, a friendly attitude, empathy towards internal/external stakeholders, and the appropriate sense of urgency. Salary and Other Compensation: • The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$200,000 annually, plus bonus.
