We are an Award Winning Law Firm, insurance defense firm. We are currently looking for an experienced PIP Attorney to join our growing firm. Seeking someone with 2+ years of Personal Injury Protection Attorney, who is licensed in New Jersey. Requirements: • 3+ years of Personal Injury Protection Attorney • Previous defense experience • Licensed in New Jersey and in good standing Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all PIP cases, ensuring demands are properly executed and correcting them if necessary • Conduct thorough reviews of case documents, including demand responses and payment records, to determine the legitimacy of filing suit • Draft and attend motions for various hearings, including Summary Judgment, Dismissal, Compelling Depositions, and Discovery The annual salary for this position is between 90k-150k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
