Our Entry Level Account Manager will be entrusted with delivering quality account support and executing proven sales solutions to generate and increase revenue on behalf of our client. It is essential that the ideal Entry Level Account Manager candidate demonstrates a growth-oriented mindset, the ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment, and the aptitude for making decisive and effective choices. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager: • Interact with customers to effectively educate them about our client’s products and services, leading them through the sales process and securing qualified prospects. • Guide and support fellow team members by teaching essential account and sales techniques to improve their skills and performance. • Utilize outstanding customer service and negotiation skills to build a strong sales pipeline and foster enduring customer loyalty. • Partner with senior leadership to set and surpass challenging sales and customer service targets, fueling significant revenue growth for clients. • Perform a comprehensive analysis of customer needs, providing customized solutions, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. • Foster a cooperative and inclusive team atmosphere through consistent, professional communication with entry-level team members, enhancing synergy and collective success. • Remain thoroughly knowledgeable about product details, market trends, and industry regulations, ensuring the team is empowered to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sustained sales growth.
