As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary contact for our clients’ customers, providing responsive, solution-based service and sales support. You'll be responsible for understanding each customer’s needs, offering personalized product recommendations, and clearly articulating the features and advantages of various services. Your role is key in fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving sales performance. Lead Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional customer service • Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer customized sales solutions • Promote a range of client products and services with clarity and confidence • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and issue resolution • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and meet performance goals • Balance sales targets with exceptional service standards to ensure a positive customer experience • Achieve or surpass performance targets in customer satisfaction, sales conversion rates, and service excellence.
