Your goal is to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality while keeping customers informed every step of the way. What You’ll Do • Manage the full project lifecycle—from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery. • Work closely with engineering, purchasing, quality, and production teams to keep projects on track. • Lead key meetings such as kickoff sessions, handovers, and project updates. • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, sharing updates and handling questions or change requests. • Create and maintain project schedules, cost reports, risk logs, and open issue lists. • Report project progress to management using established tools and templates. • Keep all project documents organized, accurate, and secure. • Support customers with technical questions or on-site visits when needed. • Manage project changes and ensure all departments understand the updates. • Handle multiple projects at once while meeting tight deadlines. • Make sure materials are ordered on time to keep production moving smoothly. What You Bring • A degree in Engineering or Business, with 3–5 years of project or planning experience in manufacturing. • PMP certification is an asset but not required. • Strong skills in teamwork, problem-solving, organization, and decision-making. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) and experience with ERP systems. • A self-motivated, organized leader with great communication skills. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel in North America (and occasionally abroad).

This includes planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the project from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: • Review project drawings and specifications with Sales and Engineering to understand the scope of work. • Estimate installation costs, including labor, materials, supervision, and support. • Coordinate with all stakeholders to keep projects on track. • Manage manpower, materials, safety, site purchases, and equipment rentals. • Monitor project costs and control expenses. • Prepare schedules, status reports, and manpower updates. • Conduct pre-job site meetings with supervisors and clients to assess hazards and protect property. Qualifications: • College diploma required. • 4–6 years of relevant experience. • PMP certification preferred. • Strong understanding of industrial refrigeration systems. • Skilled in project management, budgeting, and cost estimation. • Knowledge of safety and quality standards. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Proficiency in project management software. Physical Requirements: • Frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting of materials. • Occasional exposure to temperature extremes, machinery, noise, or fumes. • Must focus and stay alert under changing conditions and deadlines. • Moderate disruption to family/social life may occur due to project demands.
