Job Title: Project Manager Location-Charlotte-In-person Position Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for completing assigned projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the project from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: • Review project drawings and specifications with Sales and Engineering to understand the scope of work. • Estimate installation costs, including labor, materials, supervision, and support. • Coordinate with all stakeholders to keep projects on track. • Manage manpower, materials, safety, site purchases, and equipment rentals. • Monitor project costs and control expenses. • Prepare schedules, status reports, and manpower updates. • Conduct pre-job site meetings with supervisors and clients to assess hazards and protect property. Qualifications: • College diploma required. • 4–6 years of relevant experience. • PMP certification preferred. • Strong understanding of industrial refrigeration systems. • Skilled in project management, budgeting, and cost estimation. • Knowledge of safety and quality standards. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Proficiency in project management software. Physical Requirements: • Frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting of materials. • Occasional exposure to temperature extremes, machinery, noise, or fumes. • Must focus and stay alert under changing conditions and deadlines. • Moderate disruption to family/social life may occur due to project demands.
