The MetalWorks Solutions Specialist/Manager supports the interior metal category by managing quoting activities, providing technical guidance, and enhancing project success through collaboration with sales and cross-functional teams. Role and Reporting Reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing & eCommerce, the Public Relations Manager will develop and implement strategic public relations initiatives to elevate Armstrong’s brand and drive demand creation. This role will focus on building visibility, credibility, and reach through media relationships, content creation, storytelling, and strategic outreach. Partner with the social media team to identify new influencers and grow engagement and impact on sales growth. Evaluate and establish key industry partnerships to increase visibility in key market segments and audiences. Leverage partnerships to enhance brand credibility and reach through collaborations, guest posts, interviews, and more. Analytics & Reporting Partner with Analytics team to measure the impact of PR on strategic business outcomes. Monitor and report on key PR performance metrics including media reach, sentiment analysis, brand perception, and other relevant KPIs. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve PR strategies. Brand Positioning Ensure consistency in messaging across all PR channels, aligning with overall brand strategy and positioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PR efforts into broader marketing initiatives.
