Manage and grow key private label accounts in sealing and bonding, negotiate contracts and pricing, lead multi-functional teams, and provide sales and financial reporting. | Minimum 10 years key account management experience, bachelor's degree, strong analytical and negotiation skills, excellent communication, and ability to work independently. | Position Title: OEM Key Account Manager, Sealing & Bonding Report to Manager Title: Commercial Director Sealing & Bonding Job Summary • Strategic Management of Sealing & Bonding Group Private label Key Accounts in North America (US + CA) • Maintain and grow Top Sales for assigned Accounts • Maintain and grow MVC (Margin) for assigned Accounts • Negotiate projects, pricing, packaging changes/creation, formulation changes/creation considering target budget. • Manage Contract / Supply Agreement execution/renewal/creation • Manage any PSRA aspect related to assigned Accounts • Secure growth managing new projects on existing base and new customers on Private Label Scope • Focus on growing designated technologies as per business unit guidance • Able to provide reporting/forecast/budget as needed • Work indirectly with all needed roles to secure high Service level and good relationship standings to customers. (Operations/Supply Chain/Marketing/Technical/R&D/financial/etc.) • Position doesn’t have Direct Reports at the time, evaluation for future roles is open. • Travel 40-50% of the time as needed by customers/business team • Most Key Accounts (customers) participate in Retail Building Materials market, therefore, understanding and management of KPIs and Retail trends is fundamental for the position Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Generate / Provide to Commercial Team reports/status updates on Key Accounts. • Maintain and service Key Accounts on routine basis. • Organize and Lead multi-functional teams to serve Key Accounts. • Stay tuned with Key Accounts market (Retail) on site/remote Qualifications and Education Required • Minimum 10 years successful experience managing Key Accounts • Four-year bachelor’s degree Competencies -Knowledge Skills & Abilities (KSAs) • Strong analytical skills that coincide with the ability to implement complex selling strategies and plans • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Excellent Organizational skills • A passion to roll up your sleeves and conduct engaging, productive meetings with Key Accounts • Positive, resourceful, can-do attitude • Excellent communication skills for group presentations, customer sales presentations, and intercompany written and verbal communications • Proven track record of building successful relationships with key accounts. • Works independently and does not require constant supervision or direction. Has the ability to make sound judgment consistently. • Demonstrated experience in working with financial reports, forecasting, and other key data reporting tools. • Impeccable negotiation skills

Lead daily plant operations including production, shipping, and logistics teams while ensuring safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. | 7+ years manufacturing or chemical plant experience with supervisory roles, process safety expertise, root cause investigation skills, and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field. | Job Summary Leads daily operations at the Torrance plant, overseeing production, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role manages budgets, coordinates production with maintenance, drives continuous improvement, and ensures adherence to HESQ and PSM standards. The position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical expertise, with a focus on safety, quality, and meeting customer delivery commitments. Essential Duties & Responsibilities with % Breakdown: Department Management – 35% • Lead Production, Shipping, and Receiving teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure safe, efficient operations and on-time customer deliveries. • Oversee scheduling, attendance, and compliance with company policies while fostering a culture of empowerment and accountability. • Support strategic goal-setting, serve as backup to the Plant Manager, and act as media contact as needed. • Ensure consistent implementation of work processes, operating discipline, and management systems. Production – 30% • Coordinate resources to meet production forecasts, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement in processes, quality, and safety. • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, and Maintenance to align production with operational needs and planned/unplanned maintenance. • Monitor daily production, shipping, and product quality, and implement corrective actions as required. • Prepare operational reports and participate in incident investigations to ensure corrective measures are executed. Health, Environmental, Safety, and Quality (HESQ) – 25% • Ensure regulatory, safety, and environmental compliance, including PSM standards, and oversee departmental HES training. • Lead incident investigations and loss control programs, acting as incident commander when needed. • Manage proper handling and disposal of waste streams and execute Management of Change (MOC) processes. Other Duties – 10% • Serve as site SMART Coordinator and provide input on strategic decisions, including the plant operations budget. • Support plant process engineering and fulfill other duties as assigned, including on-call responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications And Education Required • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment or chemical plant. • Previous supervisory experience is required. • Process Safety Experience (PHA, LOPA, Safety Instrumented Systems) • Root Cause Investigation Experience (TapRoot, Cause Mapping preferred) • Experience with HES Performance & Compliance, PSM, RMP • Solid understanding of both technical and financial impacts of process-related decisions. Education and area of focus • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant field of study. Competencies - Knowledge Skills & Abilities (KSAs) • Demonstrated leadership, learning and development skills. • Initiative and self-starter. • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of plant, technical and management personnel. • Experience with PSM covered processes required. • Process Safety experience (PHA, LOPA, Safety Instrument Systems) preferred • Strong communication skills (written and verbal); ability to work with limited supervision. • Expertise in Microsoft Office and other PC applications; SAP experience desired. • Good knowledge of ISO certifications and mechanical integrity programs. • Lean / Six Sigma experience desired. • Ability to work with others internally and externally with professionalism. • Excellent organizational skills. • Responsible for following all AIMS HESQ policies & practices (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) Physical Demands/Working Conditions Located in a Chemical plant. On occasion must lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders. Expected to be present in the field. Will be expected to flex schedule at times to spend ample time with all shifts. Must be capable of entering confined spaces and occasionally expected to use tools such as valve wrenches.
