Arjo’s Virtual Account Executive generates sales through account management and enforcement of contract compliance within existing customers and proactively driving sales in new customers for Arjo’s full portfolio (https://www.arjo.com/en-us/products/). The selected Inside Sales professional will contact medical facilities’ decision-makers and staff via phone and video to conduct a variety of Sales and Account Management functions. Key Responsibilities: • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with key decision-makers to develop relationships and customer loyalty, and foster utilization of Arjo’s products, programs, and services. • Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators, including daily goals for outbound sales calls and identifying and closing sales. • Create new leads through active prospecting (e.g. cold calling, cold email, social selling, networking). • Create new sales opportunities through data analysis, customer engagements, lead qualification, periodic customer business reviews, and contract compliance meetings. • Deliver product demonstrations and in-service training. • Document sales activities and quotes through Salesforce.com. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. • Two (2) years of successful and documented B2B sales experience; consultative or concept-selling preferred. • Medical, healthcare, capital equipment sales experience preferred. • Strong communication skills – verbal, written, presentation. • Professional experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and other related tools. • Experience using sales tools and technology preferred (e.g. configure-price-quote software system, computer-generated reports, software programs, technical manuals) • Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 15%. Support pre-sales and post-sales activities for the Northeast Region Long Term Care Account Executive by developing client relationships and coordinating account coverage. | Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, valid driver’s license, ability to travel 25-50%, excellent communication and presentation skills, and familiarity with CRM tools. | Arjo’s Associate Account Executive will support pre-sales and post-sales activities of the Northeast Region Long Term Care Account Executive. This Associate-level role is an entry-point into Arjo Sales. The expectation is the selected Associate AE will grow and develop into the Account Executive function. In this Associate Account Executive role, you will support a variety of Arjo products in the Long Term Care segment. $55k base + $25k at-plan variable + monthly auto allowance + full benefits Day-to-day functions: • Serve as a key business partner to assigned clients in the field and develop and maintain strong relationships. • Develop relationships with Long Term Care personnel to identify key purchasing decision-makers. • Coordinate with the Regional Account Executive on account coverage, potential opportunities, and competitive activities. • Utilize SalesForce.com to track and monitor selling efforts. • Monitor and report customer satisfaction, support, or issues, to the Regional Sales Director. • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends to meet business and/or customer needs. The Inside Sales Account Executive in Arjo's Huntleigh products division will pursue and generate consultative and transactional sales with new and existing Acute Care customers in the Northeast region. In this role, you will be charged with achieving revenue goals and long-term account growth that align with Arjo’s strategic plans while maintaining beneficial relationships with the customer. Review Huntleigh products here: https://www.huntleigh-healthcare.us/ Day-to-Day Activities: • Achieve established sales goals and key performance indicators within expected timeframes. • Plan territory sales strategies to make the most efficient use of time while meeting individual and team goals. • Create new sales opportunities through regular visits, customer engagements, facility needs-analysis, and lead qualification. • Present, promote, and sell Huntleigh products and services to existing and prospective customers. • Product demonstrations to generate sales opportunities and corresponding in-service training. • Substantial time will be spent in the OR assisting/demonstrating Huntleigh's Intra-operative Doppler probe system. • Document in SFDC all planned activities, sales call logs, account information, sales opportunities, and quotes. • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and detailed pipeline and activity reports as required.
