The ideal candidate will be a proactive HR partner to the national account team and a trusted advisor to employees. Job Responsibilities • Lead and manage HR operations across multiple client locations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Provide guidance to people leaders across the multi-site portfolio on matters of employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes. • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee development initiatives. • Maintain consistent and clear lines of communication with leaders within the portfolio, sharing relevant company policy changes and updates, legal considerations, and organization requirements as necessary to ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local employment laws and regulations. • Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture. • Conduct investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues with discretion and fairness. • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
