What You Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years experience in food service design or related engineering roles. - Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools. - Strong knowledge of food service equipment, kitchen workflows, and safety standards. - Excellent communication and project management skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with sustainable design and LEED certification processes. - Familiarity with local and national health and safety codes. - Background in mechanical or electrical engineering related to food service. - Experience working in a large, multi-site food service organization.
