This is a founding product management role — you will be hands-on, deeply embedded with users, and responsible for owning the roadmap, vision, and execution for our Analytics and Agentic AI platform from day one What You’ll Own You will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Aragorn’s Analytics and Agentic HR Studio platform. You will: Define and own the vision, strategy, and execution for the Analytics & Agentic AI product line. Partner with Engineering to translate complex AI and analytics capabilities into intuitive, high-value features for HR teams. Partner with Design to ensure world-class UX for product Gather customer insights through discovery calls, usability testing, and data analysis to inform roadmap priorities. Own the product requirements process — creating clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. Prioritize features and technical investments using a balance of business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility. Ensure seamless integration between analytics dashboards, AI agent configuration, and backend data systems. Manage cross-functional execution , ensuring on-time delivery and alignment across engineering, design, sales, and customer success. Track product performance , adoption, and ROI — iterating quickly to maximize customer and business outcomes. Key Challenges You’ll Tackle Balancing AI complexity with user simplicity — making powerful, multi-agent AI capabilities accessible to non-technical HR teams. Driving adoption in a new category — educating customers on agentic AI concepts while demonstrating immediate business value. Integrating real-time analytics and AI workflows — ensuring data accuracy, speed, and usability across a multi-tenant SaaS environment. Prioritizing high-impact features in a fast-moving startup environment with limited resources and competing demands. Defining cross-product interoperability so the Analytics Platform and Agentic HR Studio work seamlessly together. Staying ahead of market trends in HR technology, analytics, and AI to maintain product differentiation You Might Be a Fit If You Have 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, preferably with analytics, AI/ML, or data-heavy products. Have taken B2B enterprise products from concept to launch, with measurable impact on revenue or adoption. Have strong understanding of data visualization, analytics workflows, and AI/ML concepts — enough to partner deeply with engineers and challenge assumptions. Have experience translating technical capabilities (APIs, data pipelines, agent orchestration) into business-friendly features. Are comfortable working with technical teams — you understand backend/frontend constraints and how they impact UX. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills , from PRDs to executive presentations. Thrive in fast-paced startup environments with shifting priorities and high expectations. This is a founding role: you’ll be hands-on, deeply technical, and instrumental in shaping the core of our platform from day one. This is a founding engineering role — you will be hands-on, deeply technical, and responsible for building, scaling, and leading our AI platform architecture from day one. What You’ll Own You will architect, build, and scale the core AI engine that powers Aragorn’s agentic People Ops platform. You will: Own the agentic AI core — reasoning, orchestration, and multi-agent workflows for HR analytics, document interpretation, and policy validation. Design and implement high-performance, distributed systems that integrate real-time HR data, analytics, and LLM-based reasoning. Build on AWS cloud infrastructure (EKS, SQS, S3, Bedrock, etc.) with a NestJS + Node.js backend. Lead AI system architecture — prompt orchestration, memory management, tool calling, and secure agent execution. Build and optimize data pipelines for Postgres (transactional layer) and ClickHouse (analytics layer) at scale. Instrument everything with Datadog for observability, performance monitoring, and error detection. Collaborate with Product & Design to create intuitive no-code/low-code experiences for HR teams to build their own agents. Define technical hiring standards, mentor early engineers, and set the bar for AI engineering best practices. Stay ahead of LLM and distributed systems advancements, applying them to real production workloads. You Might Be a Fit If You Have have deeper understanding of software engineering with and AI/ML or agentic system development. Have architected and scaled distributed systems on AWS (SQS, ECS/Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock). Are fluent in Node.js / TypeScript (NestJS) and have a strong foundation in software engineering principles. Have deep experience with PostgreSQL (transactional systems) and ClickHouse (analytics & reporting). Have deployed production-grade AI systems with LLM orchestration, context injection, and external tool integrations. Are obsessed with performance, observability, and resilience — you’ve used Datadog, OpenTelemetry, or similar to monitor live systems. Understand data privacy, role-based access, and security in multi-tenant SaaS environments. Have startup experience — you’ve taken a product from prototype to scale and want to do it again, this time as an owner. Love building foundational systems that last and mentoring engineers to reach that bar. You’re the first AI engineering leader — owning architecture, execution, and technical direction from day one.
