ROLE SUMMARY: As the Digital Content Manager for Elysian Brewing, you will lead the comprehensive strategy, creation, and management of the brand’s digital ecosystem. This includes ownership of content ideation, production, and distribution across all digital channels — social media, websites, email, and other emerging platforms. ROLE SUMMARY: The Independent Key Account Manager is responsible for building relationships with off premise independent chains that are relevant to their market. The overall purpose of this position is to execute the overall Anheuser-Busch sales objectives including volume, share, distribution, assortment, & shelf space at key accounts. This position works under the Senior Commercial Director and reports to the Commercial Director. The primary function of this role is to sell-in and influence our key retailer partners, through partnership, communication, and execution. The Indy KAM position must be critically aware of industry best practices, regional competition, and total industry landscape. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Grow AB Topline sales and share with key Off-Premise chain accounts Provide total account management; sell-in corporate programs and brand promotions Build working relationships with Key Account buyers Direct and manage space management priorities of AB and the account Utilize sales tools (POWERBI, IRI, VIP, etc.) Foster relationships with AB field sales and wholesaler personnel, and maintain active communications with key stakeholders in the field Evaluate strategies and action plans against allocated budget; manage budgets Contribute to development and management of annual account plan Facilitate communication of wholesaler’s pricing to chain account Provides feedback to management on strategic opportunities for assigned key accounts Provides monthly reports to management on account and programming performances Coordinates with Trade Marketing to develop chain-specific marketing and advertising plans Educates and influences corporate decision-makers on product lines Utilizes data to analyze A-B performance in key accounts and identify opportunities for growth Facilitate and manage the development and implementation of the Joint Business Plan Qualitative KPIs: IRIS(Shelf) Share, EDGE (Distribution & Displays) Objective Performance, Share Growth JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Sales and/or Marketing experience preferably in the beverage or consumer package goods industry Proven Leadership Ability/Advanced Supervisory Skills/Demonstrated Coaching Skills Required Ability to work hours as required (nights, weekends, etc.) Strong internal and external customer orientation; Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment required Demonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain effective working relationships with distributors, top level account decision makers, and all internal stakeholders. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently with little supervision – self-motivated. Excellent oral, analytical, written, and group presentation communication skills. Strong organizational & planning skills. ROLE SUMMARY: As a key account manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing Anheuser-Busch's non-alcoholic beverage portfolio, focusing on Phorm Energy, in the convenience store channel. This includes established and emerging brands across energy, hydration and better-for-you categories. You'll drive distribution, visibility and velocity through strategic partnerships with national and regional convenience accounts. JOB RESPONSIBILTIES: Grow sales and share within assigned Key Accounts Provide total account management; sell-in programs and brand promotions Utilize entire suite of sales tools (BIR, IRI, Power BI, Nielsen, etc.) Maintain active communications with Non Alc Managers, Commercial and Wholesaler personnel Evaluate strategies and action plans against allocated budget; manage budgets Contribute to the development and management of annual account plan Facilitate communication of wholesaler's pricing to chain account(s) Track and measure business performance in key volume and execution metrics via routine Performance Reviews. Develop and drive action plans to close gaps. Responsible for channel management model; Price & Promotional Planning, Retail Programming, and continuous improvement on Sales-Lever (In-Store Conditions) improvement in-store expectation to be in office majority of the week JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree preferred (emphasis in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is desired). Basic knowledge of retail initiatives (particularly Category Management and information-based selling). Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information-based recommendations. Familiarity with syndicated data, software and measures is preferred. Effective Communications/Presenting, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills. Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer products industries. Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment.
