Required Skills & Experience • 6+ years of professional experience in .NET development. • Strong proficiency in C#, , JavaScript, and TypeScript. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on-prem or online) development or integration. • Solid SQL Server skills, including query optimization and performance tuning. • Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure Functions is a plus. • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices source control, testing, CI/CD, and release management. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to take a project from requirements through delivery and support. Nice to Have • Experience developing or integrating RESTful APIs for CRM or ERP platforms. • Exposure to modern UI frameworks or libraries (React, Angular, etc.). • Experience working in Agile environments with Azure DevOps or Jira.
