Position: Senior Techno-Functional Project Manager Workday Global Process Standardization Location: Coppell, Texas (Onsite) Type: Contract Required Qualifications • 10+ years of HRIS/IT project management experience. • 5+ years hands-on Workday implementation or process design experience. • Deep SME knowledge across multiple Workday modules (Core HCM mandatory; Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Learning strongly preferred). • Strong experience in global HR process harmonization and standardization projects. • Proven experience managing global stakeholders, vendors, and SI partners. • Excellent communication and executive reporting skills. • PMP, Prince2, or Workday certification preferred. Preferred Skills • Experience in shared services HR transformation and operating model design. • Knowledge of statutory HR/payroll compliance across regions. • Familiarity with Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, or Adaptive Planning. • Background in change management and global HR adoption programs.
