As Senior Director, Global SME Sales Operations, you will be tasked to optimize sales processes worldwide in a large enterprise. In this role, you will drive data integrity, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency across our global sales teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including CRM and sales tooling, marketing, L&D and sales enablement teams—to implement standard methodologies, leverage data insights, and empower sales leaders to make informed decisions that accelerate revenue growth. Process Optimization & Automation: Lead and implement automation initiatives and process improvements that streamline manual sales reporting, pipeline updates, and forecasting inputs, enabling scalable, repeatable sales operations practices across regions and divisions to improve accuracy and reduce cycle times Leadership & Enablement: Offer training and continuous assistance to regional and global sales teams regarding forecasting standard practices and data precision. Mentor sales operations analysts and coordinators, encouraging a culture of data perfection. What We’re Looking For: 7+ years of progressive experience in sales operations within a large, intricate corporate setting. Demonstrated mastery in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, emphasizing data accuracy, system connections, and AI automation. Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting techniques, pipeline management, and predictive analytics. Established history of crafting dashboards, tracking important metrics, and communicating data narratives with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Outstanding partner management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Experience with large-scale change management and process automation projects. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced certification preferred.
