We’ll look to you for: • Ensuring the application of the Contract, Claims, and Insurance Management Manual and Alstom governance, • Preparing and regularly updating the Contract Summary and communicating it widely, • Developing and driving the implementation of the Contract Management Strategy Plan with the Core Project Team, • Organizing the Contract Management Day with the Core Project Team, • Monitoring project schedules to ensure alignment with contract obligations and milestones, • Issuing timely contractual notices and establishing project-specific commercial procedures, • Managing correspondence, including analyzing incoming and outgoing communications with external parties, • Analyzing contracts to build and implement proactive Contract/Claim Management strategies and updating the project team quarterly.
