Could you be the full-time remote Senior Project Contract Manager in Ann Arbor, MI, US* we’re looking for? • This is a remote role; however, candidates must be located within commuting distance of Ann Arbor, MI. Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your contract and claim management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding Alstom’s interests by driving proactive contract and claim management strategies, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Legal, Engineering, and Finance), provide training to key stakeholders on contract and claim management, and much more. We’ll look to you for: • Ensuring the application of the Contract, Claims, and Insurance Management Manual and Alstom governance, • Preparing and regularly updating the Contract Summary and communicating it widely, • Developing and driving the implementation of the Contract Management Strategy Plan with the Core Project Team, • Organizing the Contract Management Day with the Core Project Team, • Monitoring project schedules to ensure alignment with contract obligations and milestones, • Issuing timely contractual notices and establishing project-specific commercial procedures, • Managing correspondence, including analyzing incoming and outgoing communications with external parties, • Analyzing contracts to build and implement proactive Contract/Claim Management strategies and updating the project team quarterly.
