Heavy weighting will be applied to candidates who have a stellar background selling Ig pharmacy services to specialties such as Neurology, Immunology, Infectious Disease, Pulmonology, Transplant, and/or Rheumatology. Ability to travel throughout territory, which includes: the states of Kansas and Missouri Targeted Compensation: $200k+ which includes payment for each new patient start as well as residual monthly grams JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals in assigned territory by establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with key prospects and current customers to generate new business for the organization. This position requires a consultative sales approach to various customers, including doctors, nurses, referral coordinators, and assistants to promote and sell AIC’s Ig pharmacy infusion services. Target accounts will be recommended and strategized with VP of Sales in addition to traditional prospecting, cold calling, and follow up on company generated sales leads. This is an executive field-based sales position with no direct reports. It is fully an individual contributor sales role. The Support Director is a full-time position responsible for directing and administering the operations and activities of support for AIS Healthcare’s Targeted Drug Delivery (TDD) services. The Support Director is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operational protocols and supervision of assigned personnel for the Financial Services department. The Support Director will have strong knowledge of all aspects of revenue cycle procedures, practices, and concepts, reporting and analysis of operational data, develop and measure performance goals and individual accountability. Manage the development of revenue cycle training initiatives, accountability for policy and procedures and organization of strategies to enhance and drive continuous process improvement. The Support Director works in a collaborative manner with departments interacting with both internal and external customers. The Support Director strives to meet and exceed the needs of its customers, demonstrates financial acumen, sets and achieves targets, and facilitates a collaborative team that provides a focus on accuracy and support. The perfect candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of collection practices related to billing and collection activities. Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Recognizes patients’ rights and responsibilities and supports them in the performance of job duties, respects patient’s rights to privacy and confidentiality. • Follows up on invoices submitted to ensure prompt and timely payment and escalates issues, as necessary. • Evaluates payments/denials received for correctness and ensures they are applied accordingly. • Identifies bad debt write-offs and A/R adjustments.
