Compensation$70K - 120K a year

Design and develop automated systems to enhance talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, market intelligence, referral mapping, interview prep, careers page redesign, and data integrity. | Experience in recruiting operations or sourcing, technical skills in automation and scripting, user-centered design approach, and ability to conceptualize and implement complex projects. | About AirOps AirOps is the first end-to-end content engineering platform built for the AI era. In a world where discovery is shifting from traditional search to AI-driven platforms, we help brands get found—and stay found. We are currently in a phase of hyper-growth, having 5x’d our revenue in the last year by helping marketing teams at Ramp, Chime, Carta, and Rippling turn content quality into a durable competitive advantage. Our platform equips marketers to navigate the new discovery landscape, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and create accurate, on-brand content that earns citations from AI and trust from humans. Backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, and Founder Collective, we are building the intelligent systems that will empower the next generation of marketing leaders. AirOps is headquartered in San Francisco, New York and Montevideo. The Role We're looking for someone rare: a recruiting operations expert who thinks like an engineer. You'll design, build, and maintain the automated systems that power our entire talent acquisition function. You operate at the unique intersection of sourcing, operations, and engineering. Traditional recruiting ops scales processes. We want someone who can scale humans. Sample Projects You'll Own Build Sourcing Bots That Generate Pipeline at Scale We need 10+ qualified, interested candidates per week for each active search across 8+ concurrent roles. You'll build automated sourcing bots using Clay, Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or whatever works best, with multi-channel engagement sequences, quality dashboards, and continuous optimization loops. Build a Market Intelligence Tripwire System We need to know immediately when competitors hire/fire, when great candidates become available, or when compensation trends shift. You'll build automated monitoring of competitor LinkedIn pages, job boards, and news sources with alert systems that trigger on key talent signals and push real-time updates to Slack. Build Our Internal Referral and Backchannel Database Our team has 1,000+ collective first-degree connections that could be referrals or backchannels, but we don't know who knows who. You'll build an automated system that maps all employee LinkedIn connections, cross-references candidates for warm intros, and surfaces backchannel opportunities via Slack. Automate Interviewer and Candidate Prep Interviewers waste time preparing and candidates show up unprepared, losing us quality hires to poor interview experiences. You'll build automated prep packets for interviewers, prep emails for candidates, interview guide libraries, and calendar integrations that trigger everything at the right times. Redesign and Launch Our Careers Page Our careers page is generic and doesn't sell what makes AirOps special, losing us inbound candidates who could be great fits. You'll build a compelling careers site with realistic job previews, team spotlights, optimized application flows, and SEO/AEO strategy driving organic traffic. Build Exception Reporting for Data Integrity Bad data in our ATS creates confusion, slows us down, and makes us look unprofessional to candidates. You'll build automated data quality checks, exception reports flagging issues, validation rules preventing errors, and cleanup workflows maintaining data health. And More Projects... Required: You can whiteboard how would you implement all of these projects above You started vibe coding a solution as soon as you finished reading the projects You have felt the pain of building point solutions that don't tie together and claim to never make that mistake again User-centered design is the only way you approach work 1+ year as a dedicated sourcer or recruiter 9-5 is a fallacy Our Guiding Principles Extreme Ownership Quality Curiosity and Play Make Our Customers Heroes Respectful Candor Benefits Equity in a fast-growing startup Competitive benefits package tailored to your location Flexible time off policy Parental Leave A fun-loving and (just a bit) nerdy team that loves to move fast!

You know what excellence looks like at scale and aren't afraid of autonomy, building and a lightening fast pace. Exceptional Communicator: You can take complex technical concepts and make them resonate with C-suite executives and end-users alike. Marketing Savvy (Bonus): You’ve worked on a marketing product or a tool with a heavy marketing component. You understand the pain points of modern marketing Ops, SEO, and content teams. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Strategic Customer Success within B2B SaaS. Proven history of managing $1M+ books of business with consistent expansion results. Deep familiarity with the modern data and AI landscape. Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first, fast-breaking environment.
