About the Role This is not a traditional product role. As the Growth Product Manager at AirOps, you’ll act as both a PM and a builder, taking ownership of experiments and product experiences that sit at the intersection of product and go-to-market strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth startup environment and is passionate about blending growth tactics with creating engaging product experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including leadership, sales, and engineering—to design, launch, and refine growth-driven products and systems that support the AirOps mission. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative product strategies to accelerate user and revenue growth Build and optimize outbound campaigns and growth experiments across multiple channels Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to scale growth and sourcing operations Continuously iterate on product features, user onboarding, and activation flows to maximize adoption and engagement Analyze user data and market signals to inform product roadmap and strategy Champion AirOps’ employer and product brand to attract and retain world-class talent and users Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a growth or product role; startup experience highly valued Demonstrated ability to design and execute growth strategies, ideally leveraging AI and automation tools Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset Experience running experiments and iterating rapidly based on results Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment Our Guiding Principles Extreme Ownership Quality Curiosity and Play Make Our Customers Heroes Respectful Candor Benefits Equity in a fast-growing startup Competitive benefits package tailored to your location Flexible time off policy Generous parental leave A fun-loving and (just a bit) nerdy team that loves to move fast!
