Territory Details: The ideal candidate for this role will reside or be within a commutable distance to service customers within the sales territory of WI, IA, MN, SD, ND, and Kansas. In this quota-based role, you will identify and cultivate LC/MS and GC/MS opportunities, contributing to sales growth in your designated region. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to advancing Agilent’s success in the dynamic Mass Spectrometry market. Key responsibilities include: Stay up to date on the Mass Spectrometry market, including advancements in MS systems, competitor offerings, and emerging workflows. Represent Agilent at local technical shows and industry conferences. Maintain deep knowledge of the Agilent product portfolio to recommend the best solutions for customers. Act as the technical liaison between account managers, application teams, and customers. Develop and implement innovative strategies to engage and expand the customer base. Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement. Industry and/or academic experience with LCMS and/or GCMS, providing a strong foundation in mass spectrometry theories, principles, and applications. 4+ years of experience in application support. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across internal teams. Willingness to adopt innovative approaches to customer engagement.
