This role serves as the global leader of the SPMO, accountable for day-to-day governance, execution discipline, reporting, and outcomes across all enterprise security initiatives, including those delivered through matrixed teams across ADP.   This leader owns the operating rhythm of the SPMO — ensuring transparency, accountability, financial alignment, and measurable risk reduction across a broad portfolio of complex, multi-year, global security programs.
