As a Senior Relationship Manager, you'll perform all activities supporting client retention in our WorkForce Software (WFS) mid-sized and enterprise accounts division. You will maximize retention by working with the client, ADP associates, and ADP leadership to resolve any issues that are within our control and may affect the client's decision to stay with ADP. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities What you can expect on a typical day • Foster Strong Client Relationships. Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and day-to-day contacts across our client base. Act as a strategic partner who understands their business priorities and ensures our solutions align to their goals. • Support Measurable Client Outcomes. Collaborate with clients to define success metrics, track progress, and deliver tangible business value. Leverage data and insights to guide clients toward achieving ROI and maximizing their investment in our platform. • Expand Our Partnerships. Identify opportunities to deepen our footprint by uncovering additional use cases, introducing new features, and connecting clients with the right resources. Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Services teams to support growth and expansion opportunities. • Advocate for the Client. Serve as the voice of the client internally by sharing insights, feedback, and emerging needs with Product, Support, and Leadership. Ensure client sentiment and priorities inform our roadmap and strategic decisions. • Proactively Drive Engagement Across the client Lifecycle. Guide clients through every stage of their journey - from onboarding and adoption to renewals and expansion. Anticipate challenges, offer best practices, and lead Executive Business Reviews that foster collaboration, alignment, and forward-looking strategy TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Success. • You should bring a problem-solving mindset and a proactive, go-getter attitude. • You will possess a solid understanding of implementation principals and client lifecycle. • You'll have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal to convey complex audiences including client executives. • You should have strong client relationship management abilities and sound business acumen. • You are able to thrive in a fast-paced, high demand, client-focused environment while demonstrating a balance of analytical thinking and creating problem-solving. • Associates that live near an ADP or WorkForce Office would be expected to work a hybrid model. A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include: • Experience noted above OR • Military experience where skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, engagement, and trust-building will help you build relationships and achieve success.
