This role is a mix of administrative support and purchasing assistance — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, staying organized, and learning new skills. Experience as an administrative assistant or in office support - Interest in purchasing, procurement - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Great communication skills (written and verbal) - A proactive, team-oriented attitude KNOWLEDGE of Quickbooks, Word and Excel The perfect candidate would need to be: Bilingual (English/Spanish) and IDEALLY Trilingual -Italian) Reliable, Flexible, Motivated, Self-driven, Honest Chance to grow fast.
