About The Role This position will have a primary responsibility for policy maintenance and service of an assigned portion of accounts. Maintain a high level of client retention by managing the day-to-day service needs of our clients and constantly work toward strong client relationships. Market and service accounts in accordance with the platform objectives and procedures. Contribute to the profitable growth of the platform by achieving retention and renewal goals, proactive account rounding, up-selling of limits/coverages and by providing extraordinary client service. Responsibilities: Establish and maintains a strong relationship and assists the client advisors in making decisions on account updates and coverage for accounts ranging from mid-size to large accounts with moderate complexities. Collaborate with the client advisor to review exposures and insurance programs for assigned clients, determine if carrier is the best fit for the client while considering coverage, protection, and cost. Collaborate with client advisors to market, quote, and prepare the proposal for the client from both a risk management and insurance prospective to decide upon the “best” way to manage the customer’s risk. Provide day-to-day service, anticipate customer’s needs, and respond to client issues/questions in a timely manner. Handles initial report of claims and following up to ensure that the claim is properly progressing, and customer’s needs are being met. Monitor carrier activities to make sure that they are fulfilling their responsibilities to the customer (policy endorsements, claims, etc.). Complete account reviews. Attempt to round-out each customer’s insurance portfolio including, the solicitation of additional commercial and personal lines insurance where applicable and maintain customer records in accordance with procedures. Keeps customers up to date on “pending changes” in the insurance world that may impact their insurance coverage. Assists or completes other tasks as directed by platform management. Provide timely, professional, accurate communication to client, team, and carrier representatives. Keep and maintain confidentiality of client records and communication. Seeks referrals from clients and follows through to help generate new business. Refers current and prospective clients to Benefits Department and Personal Insurance for solicitation of those lines of business. Coach and mentor junior members of the commercial lines, may lead team meetings and initiatives. Manages the new business and renewal process, as well as oversees day to day client changes. Accountable for client service delivery through: High and/or increased client retention, Rounding of accounts, Referrals and Uneventful renewals Ensures pre-renewal information is sent out within service standard and follows up with clients for timely response on pre-renewal information, and insurance markets for a timely response of quotes. Manages renewal marketing plan (if any) with Producers and Service Teams and ensures everyone on the team is aware of the plan, and the plan is executed. Creates accurate proposal/deliverable for the Producers and Service Teams to utilize at client renewal meeting. Reviews quotes for accuracy against supporting documents. Negotiates additional coverage/price with the underwriter. Quickly and accurately completes the renewal bind processes and checklist and ensures all aspects of the renewal are completed and documented within the file. Ensures that the file is accurately documented to minimize E&O exposure and to be able to quickly respond to client requests. Requirements Required Qualifications Current Insurance License in Property & Casualty for the state in which your agency office is located. Ability to work toward professional designation. Must be comfortable in an electronic environment with strong computer skills. Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent people skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Job Summary Acrisure is seeking a Claims Consultant with knowledge of New York Labor Law in construction to join our growing team. This role provides consultative and technical guidance to clients on claims-related matters, including targeted claim reporting, serving as a liaison between clients, carriers, and business partners, and coordinating claim reviews. The consultant develops, implements, and monitors customized Claim Service Plans, provides contract interpretation and coverage analysis, assists clients in resolving claim issues, and facilitates tailored internal and external training programs, applying sound judgment and subject-matter expertise. Appropriate insurance licensing and full functional knowledge of claims responsibilities are required. Responsibilities: Provide clients with customer service such as answering claims related questions, discussing claims processes and following up with the client at the conclusion of the claim to ensure all issues were addressed Contact clients and gather all appropriate information to adequately report claims and report claims to all appropriate carriers under all appropriate lines of business Enter all claims into Epic and generate Acord notices and follow up with carriers to ensure that the claim was reported, obtain necessary adjuster contact information and claim number then provide client with this information Inform producers and managers of any problems or issues concerning a client or a claim Actively manage claims for assigned clients and follow open claims utilizing activity system, obtaining status and updating Epic Continuously document claim file notes with all activities conducted on claim. Proactively guide claims to a timely resolution Advocate for client in reserving and claim evaluations. Job Summary: The Personal Lines Account Manager position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to client success through strategic consultation, effective relationship management, and the innovative use of technology. The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role involves sales and service of insurance products while ensuring retention levels are maintained, handling all complaints, actioning renewals, and overseeing client relationships. The Account Manager will also leverage technology and market insights to enhance service delivery, identify cross-selling opportunities, and support clients with all their commercial insurance needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships for assigned book of business. • Understand client needs and objectives, providing strategic recommendations and tailored solutions. Proactivity communicates and coordinates renewals and relationships. • Maintain timely and accurate updates and changes on policies for assigned customer activity in Agency Management System and related customer engagement software where applicable. • Maintain consistent and ongoing engagement throughout the customer lifecycle. 2. Strategic Engagement and Execution: • Implement and monitor data driven and customer tailored marketing or awareness campaigns. • Ensure customer engagements are valuable, drive industry or solution awareness and delivered timely to exceed client expectations. • Attain retention and growth targets for assigned customer block by leveraging proactive data driven customer engagement tools and awareness campaigns. 3. Strategic Planning and Support: • Contribute to the identification of new opportunities for client growth and expansion of services. • Share client engagement best practices with peers. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions and services. 4. Coordination and Collaboration: • Coordinate with internal teams, including Digital Marketing, Human Resources, Compliance and third-party partners. • Collaborate with the Digital Employee Commercial Team Leader to address any challenges and continuously improve service delivery. • Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance the overall digital strategy and contribute to client success. • Drive client adoption of self-service tools and enrollment capabilities. 5. Client Success and Value Delivery: • Ensure clients receive exceptional value from Acrisure's digital services, going above and beyond to exceed expectations. • Promote additional digital services and solutions that can further support client objectives and business growth. • Drive innovation within client accounts, introducing new ideas, tools and approaches that enhance the overall client relationship. • Meet or exceed client retention and satisfaction metrics through a highly consultative and technology first approach. • Perform other tasks or projects as requested by service team or region leadership. Requirements: Required Qualifications • Strong client management and relationship-building skills, with a client-focused approach. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. • Experience using account management software. • Ability to multitask across multiple systems and workflows. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for customer service. Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience and proficiency with Applied Epic Education and Experience: Required Qualifications • Hold applicable insurance licenses • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, or a related role and possess and has held a current license for over 1 year. • Proven experience in managing client relationships and achieving retention targets. • Experience in remarketing clients across multiple carriers, delivering client proposals and providing consultation regarding solutions available. • Ability to account round and cross sell products to broaden the total client relationship.
