Job Description About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Analyst to support the finance and underwriting operations of the organization. The role is focused on accurate financial processing, reconciliations, and accounts administration within a regulated business environment. The Accounts Analyst will work closely with internal finance and underwriting teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial records. Key Responsibilities: Accounts & Finance Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including posting daily receipts and payments Review and analyze unallocated receipts and follow up daily with clients and brokers to resolve outstanding items Perform daily bank and ledger reconciliations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping Process a range of payments, including inter-account transfers, refunds, commissions, and expense payments Support accounts receivable activities, including monitoring and following up on outstanding balances Prepare, review, and issue monthly account statements to clients and brokers Assist with finance-related reporting and ad hoc accounting tasks as required Support internal audits, compliance checks, and financial controls where necessary General Administration (Accounts-Related) Maintain accurate financial records, files, and supporting documentation Ensure orderly filing (digital and physical) of accounting and client financial records Liaise with internal teams, brokers, and clients on accounts-related queries Support process improvements within the finance function * Ad hoc responsibilities as required Skills, Experience, and Education: Previous experience in an accounts, finance, or bookkeeping role Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting or insurance systems is an advantage Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a regulated environment Preferably holding a college diploma or similar qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline Pay Details: The base compensation range for this position is $20 - $25. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
