Lead and manage regional educational programs, ensuring academic and operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and team development. | 7-10 years of K-12 educational leadership, experience in managing operations and achieving enrollment targets, and stakeholder engagement skills. | The Role The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for leading and managing all functions within assigned academies and district partnerships in a designated region. The RVP ensures academic and fiscal success by guiding their Academies and collaborating with cross-functional executive leaders to drive enrollment, engagement, and graduation outcomes. This role is critical in ensuring the Acceleration Academies model is implemented with fidelity, while maintaining strong district relationships and operational excellence across all sites. This is a remote role, based in Las Vegas, and applicants must be willing to relocate to Las Vegas within 90 days of the start date. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic planning and execution to grow billable Graduation Candidate (GC) enrollment across assigned partnerships and regions Hold Academy Directors accountable for partnership performance, ensuring alignment with revenue and operating budget goals Ensure high-quality implementation of the Acceleration Academy model across all regional sites Support academy teams in meeting or exceeding goals for GC engagement, course completions, credit-earned rate, and graduations Build and sustain strong relationships with district stakeholders in collaboration with the AA go-to-market team Oversee operational and academic practices to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and Acceleration Academies standards Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing leaders across academies, fostering strong leadership pipelines and team culture Apply innovative practices to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of each academy within the region What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred Experience: 7–10 years of K–12 educational leadership experience, preferably at the district level. Experience in the for-profit education industry is a plus. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, managing operations, and achieving academic and enrollment targets Ability to travel regularly within the region to maintain a strong on-the-ground presence Successful completion of a background check Skills: Visionary leadership, data-driven decision-making, staff development, and stakeholder engagement. This course will be designed to match our client specifications and will be used in an asynchronous learning environment. This project will end in June 2026. Key Responsibilities • Write thoughtful, engaging, and easy-to-understand asynchronous Advanced Placement Literature and Composition lessons that align to the College Board Course and Exam description and client specifications • Write the text for student interactives and other multimedia content used in instructional contexts • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members about progress, deadlines, challenges, and solutions • Respond constructively and adapt readily to suggestions, client feedback, and editing requirements • Follow plans and specifications for all assigned projects, including meeting deadlines and coordinating with other project workers and adjusting work based on project needs/priorities • Write formative and summative assessments and rubrics aligned to lessons and units What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in education or directly related field Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience with Advanced Placement Literature and Composition curriculum alignment and course development and 3+ years of experience as a College Board Advanced Placement Literature and Composition Reader and/or Table Lead Compensation: Up to $1000/lesson (50-60 lessons) License/Certification: Currently holds an educator’s license in 6-12 ELA in any state Strong writing skills: • Ability to clearly present ELA content at an advanced placement level in many different forms, including written explanations • Experience across digital curriculum systems, including common learning management systems, interactive tools as well as the use of AI • Skilled with Google Apps and willing to learn additional technology tools adopted to align to the client specifications • Solid understanding of online learning considerations and educational technology • Excellent listening, observation, reading, verbal, nonverbal, and writing skills • Superior time-management, organizational skills, and accurate record keeping • Uphold policies and follow team guidelines and procedures • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Ready to Make a Difference?
