Assist teams in drafting, refining, and tracking OKRs, facilitate planning sessions, and maintain structured Workboard environments. | Experience coaching teams on OKRs, familiarity with Workboard, and ability to translate strategic priorities into outcome-based objectives. | This role sits within Knowledge Management and Advanced Services (KaAS), which delivers a wide range of internal products and solutions that enable global field productivity and operational excellence. The team focuses on empowering field organizations with the tools, workflows, services, and information they need to operate efficiently and consistently across regions. In this role, you will help elevate how the KaAS team plans, aligns, and tracks its most important work. By guiding teams through the OKR process and maintaining a clean, well-structured Workboard environment, you will enable better focus, more consistent progress reviews, and clearer visibility into priorities. Your work will help teams operate with greater alignment and deliver meaningful outcomes. Location: Fremont, CA (Hybrid, 2 days in office) - Open to Remote Duration: 10-12 months (20-30 hours a week) Pay: Up to $99 an hour depending on experience Key Responsibilities • Coach teams on OKR best practices, helping them draft, refine, and align Objectives and Key Results. • Facilitate quarterly OKR planning, alignment sessions, mid-cycle reviews, and reflection sessions. • Provide hands-on coaching to ensure OKRs are outcome-focused, measurable, and aligned with organizational priorities. • Maintain a clean, well-structured Workboard environment, including team spaces, hierarchy, and dashboards. • Ensure data quality by monitoring KR updates, status accuracy, and overall OKR hygiene. • Build and maintain dashboards and automated updates to give teams and leaders clear visibility into progress. • Analyze progress data to identify trends, risks, blockers, or areas where teams may need additional support. • Surface misalignment across teams and facilitate conversations to resolve dependencies or clarify priorities. • Provide regular summaries and insights on OKR progress to leadership. • Gather feedback and continuously improve OKR processes, templates, and guidance to enhance adoption and effectiveness. Required Skills / Qualifications: • Demonstrated experience coaching teams on OKRs, including helping teams draft, refine, and align Objectives and Key Results. • Experience using the Workboard OKR management tool. • Experience implementing or scaling OKRs across multiple teams or business units. • Experience applying OKRs in B2B or internal-user product environments. • Ability to translate strategic priorities into clear, outcome-based OKRs. • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to support teams at varying levels of OKR maturity. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: • Experience operating within Agile frameworks and/or providing coaching in Agile contexts (Scrum, Kanban, cross-team planning). • Experience designing or delivering OKR workshops, training, or team enablement sessions. • Familiarity with organizational effectiveness, change enablement, or continuous improvement practices. Manage multiple complex R&D projects ensuring cost, schedule, and scope adherence while coordinating with engineering and business teams. | Bachelor's in engineering or PMP certification with 5+ years leading Agile projects, expertise in Agile tools, Earned Value Management, and eligibility for DoD Secret Security Clearance. | The Senior R&D Project Managers is a key role of the Technology and Product Development (TPD) Team that delivers forward leaning technology, products, and solutions to our client though research and development initiatives. The ideal R&D Project Manager possesses a strong working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as well as traditional project management skills. An R&D Project manager owns cost and schedule performance for a portfolio of projects and delivers monthly reports on each project to TPD leadership. This role works directly with project, technical and product leadership within the engineering team to achieve project outcomes on schedule, in scope and on budget. Additionally, this role is the primary interface to support groups outside of engineering like finance, procurement, and subcontracts for each project. Location: Tampa, FL 33614 Pay Expectations: Up to $135k Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Ability to manage multiple projects with complex funding profiles • Perform all budget and forecasting related activities for projects across the portfolio • Strategize with leaders to develop best practices for the project management process • Execute the project review cycle process • Align project resources to project budget and schedule • Ensure skills of engineering resources aligned to execution needs • Work with TPD Product Management team to ensure product need and roadmap are aligned to budget • Identify and mitigate risks to schedule and costs • Monitor and control the billing milestones schedule to include intercompany purchase orders • Develop and maintain deliverables, KPM's & OKR's per TPD execution cadence • Drive all purchasing with the D&S procurement team for the assigned projects • Participate in the Scaled Agile Process by attending project team events • Responsible for Control Account Management (CAM) duties for assigned projects in the context of SAFe execution • Interface with business functions outside of engineering for reporting and process compliance • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes in TPD Required Skills / Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical area, may be waived with PMP Certification & prior experience. • 5 years owning a leadership role for program/project, years maybe offset if well qualified candidate possesses a PMP certification • Experience leading program/project teams using Agile development methodology. • Expertise in Agile tools such as JIRA and AzureDevOps. • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong working knowledge of Earned Value Management. • Ability to travel < 20%. • Must be eligible for DoD Secret Security Clearance. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: • Scaled Agile Framework Certification. • Strong presentation skills including preparing impactful material and delivering the message. • History writing proposal responses, SOW's and other contract related documentation. • Background in Agile Software development framework • Experience writing features, user stories and acceptance criteria. • Ability to read and interpret DoD and company regulations. • Compilation of data and statistical analysis.
