This role demands strong expertise in positioning and messaging, along with a deep understanding of the federal market landscape. The individual will collaborate closely across Sales, Service Delivery, and Marketing teams to craft compelling narratives, elevate brand awareness, and drive pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise within the federal space and a history of successfully executing in a product marketing role. Reports to Director of Product Marketing Pay Classification Full-Time, Exempt Responsibilities Craft compelling messaging frameworks for federal cybersecurity standards including CMMC, FedRAMP, and GovRAMP. Develop federal-specific enablement materials such as pitch decks, one sheets, battlecards, discovery guides, and objection-handling resources. Engage regularly with federal customers to validate messaging and positioning, while proactively identifying emerging industry trends. Serve as the internal expert on the federal competitive and partner ecosystem to enable strategic programming and differentiated positioning. Maintain deep market awareness, including regulatory shifts and standard changes, and translate insights into actionable GTM strategies Collaborate cross-functionally with service delivery, sales enablement, sales, and marketing to execute integrated go-to-market plans. Partner with demand generation teams to design and launch campaigns and events that drive awareness, pipeline acceleration, and customer retention. Minimum Qualifications EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other relevant fields preferred EXPERIENCE 5+ years of product marketing experience 3+ years of marketing focused on the federal space, cybersecurity or compliance in the federal space preferred Proven experience in product launch frameworks and go-to-market planning. Demonstrated success in developing messaging frameworks and creating effective sales enablement content. Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and audience alignment. Proficiency using AI and analytics tools to uncover customer insights and accelerate value delivery. Knowledge of federal frameworks such as CMMC, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-171 a plus. Serve as the internal point of contact for lifecycle marketing execution, optimization, and marketing tech stack. Serve as main liaison between marketing and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across initiatives. Generate, report, operate and drive alignment across weekly, monthly, and quarterly initiatives to analyze performance across all marketing channels, derive insights, and recommend improvements. Maintain and enhance data quality through enrichment tools and lead routing systems. Support marketing campaign execution through project management tools, list building and enrichment, cross-team coordination, and field marketing planning and execution. Own and utilize data orchestration tools like RingLead to scale our record management and hygiene programs. Own and scale our database enrichment program through leveraging first and third-party intent tools as well as advanced AI and non-AI research methods. Define and track, along with leadership, KPIs relevant to the marketing organization. Minimum Qualifications EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other relevant fields preferred EXPERIENCE 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles.
