Earn like a partner. 80|20 Group is looking for a Sr. Partner / Partner (Contract) — a full desk recruiter who can develop government clients and deliver executive-level recruiting. This is not a “fill reqs” job. It’s a revenue-driving partner seat for someone who wants autonomy, upside, and a lane to build something real. If you’re the type who opens doors, builds relationships, and closes deals — and then delivers top-tier talent — this is for you.
