Earn like a partner. 80|20 Group is looking for a Sr. Partner / Partner (Contract) — a full desk recruiter who can develop government clients and deliver executive-level recruiting. This is not a “fill reqs” job. It’s a revenue-driving partner seat for someone who wants autonomy, upside, and a lane to build something real. If you’re the type who opens doors, builds relationships, and closes deals — and then delivers top-tier talent — this is for you. What You’ll Do (Full Desk)Business Development (Government/Public Sector) • Drive new business across Federal, State, County, City agencies and government-adjacent entities • Identify opportunities (RFPs, vendor lists, contract vehicles, subcontracting channels) • Build relationships with decision-makers (Procurement, HR, Program Leadership) • Develop a pipeline of staffing/search opportunities and convert them into active engagements Executive Recruiting / Delivery • Own recruiting end-to-end: intake → sourcing → screening → client management → close • Place talent across executive and senior functional roles (Ops, Finance, HR, IT/Data, Procurement, Program/PMO) • Maintain a high-output cadence: market mapping, outreach, interviews, candidate control What We’re Looking For (Must Have) • Proven full-desk recruiting experience (you can sell + deliver) • Government business development experience: Federal / State / County / City • Executive recruiting/search experience (senior-level candidate assessment and control) • You’re a go-getter: self-directed, consistent, high activity, accountable • You’re smart + strategic: you can speak business outcomes, not just resumes • You can run a desk remotely with professional-level communication and follow-through What Makes This Role Different ✅ High-percentage commissions (uncapped) — built for closers and builders ✅ Work from anywhere — US-based, fully remote ✅ Partner-style autonomy — run your pipeline, build your book, own outcomes ✅ Support + credibility — established brand, consultative model, and delivery framework ✅ Focus areas that are hiring even when markets tighten — government, compliance, modernization, operations Ideal Background (Nice to Have) • Experience with contract vehicles (WOSB/SDVOSB/MBE programs, subcontracting, vendor registration) • Prior success selling staff augmentation, project staffing, or search into public sector • Existing relationships within agencies, integrators, primes, or public institutions • Experience recruiting for: PMO/Transformation, Cyber/GRC, Data/AI enablement, Operations Leadership, Finance Who You Are • You thrive with freedom + accountability • You can prospect daily and don’t need motivation • You communicate like a consultant, not a commodity recruiter • You want a role where performance drives lifestyle Pay: Up to $300,000.00 per year Application Question(s): • Which government segment have you sold into most (Federal/State/Local)? • What’s your biggest full-desk win (deal + placement type)? • Are you looking to build a long-term book of business?
