Participate in a one-year non-rotational training program involving classroom training, on-the-job assignments, group projects, and presentations to senior management within the Audit division. | Bachelor's degree or MBA student with no work experience, outstanding academic credentials, and demonstrated communication, analytical, leadership, and computer skills. | Overview: Serves as a member of the Management Development Program (MDP) and participates in ten weeks of Core Training and one year of On-the-Job (OJT) training. Your day-to-day work will include: Executing assigned audit tasks in a risk focused manner while maintaining independence and adhering to department and professional industry standards and within established budget and timeframe. Assisting in the execution and documentation of audit testing to support the delivery of high quality, value-added audit reports for a variety of business activities, which meet the requirements of the Audit Committee and regulatory expectations.
