Compensation$125K - 196K a year

Lead product management and business analysis for Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced transition, managing requirements, stakeholder alignment, and system design for Quote-to-Cash processes. | 3-5+ years product management or RevOps experience with deep Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud knowledge, strong B2B SaaS GTM understanding, and ability to translate complex business processes into system requirements. | ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate. We move fast, think boldly, and empower you to do the best work of your life. You’ll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply, challenge each other, and celebrate wins. With tools that amplify your impact and a culture that backs your ambition, you won’t just contribute. You’ll make things happen–fast. As Senior Product Manager - Quote-to-Cash, you will own high-visibility initiatives central to ZoomInfo’s Product-to-Cash transformation, including components of our CPQ to Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) transition, ordering, subscription management, billing, transaction management, and more. This role requires a blend of product thinking, business analysis, system design, and cross-functional leadership. You will partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Finance, Enterprise Applications, Engineering, and Customer teams to define requirements, write user stories, manage the backlog, and deliver scalable, reliable Q2C capabilities that improve sales efficiency, customer experience, and predictable revenue. You are a structured thinker who can translate business processes into system behavior, dive deep into edge cases, and drive clarity across complex, multi-team workstreams. You can think strategically while rolling up your sleeves to solve operational problems, deeply understand data, and ensure end-to-end experiences work as intended. What you'll do: Lead product workstreams for ZoomInfo’s transition to Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), including CPQ configuration, pricing logic, quoting flows, asset-based ordering, order management, and subscription handling. Own the functional requirements and backlog for RCA-related initiatives: write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows that translate business needs into system behaviors. Partner closely with Enterprise Applications engineering teams to design and deliver scalable solutions aligned with ZoomInfo’s long-term architecture. Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Finance, RevOps, Product, and Commerce teams to ensure RCA capabilities reflect real-world processes and meet stakeholder expectations. Map current state to future state processes and translate complex Q2C scenarios into structured workflows, data models, and configuration requirements within Revenue Cloud Advanced. Support the definition of pricing, discounting, and product configuration system rules needed for the RCA rollout, ensuring the system enforces policies provided by Pricing, Finance, and RevOps. Lead workshops and design sessions to identify edge cases, align on future-state flows, and ensure traceability from business requirements to system design to delivered functionality. Validate system behavior through hands-on testing, scenario exploration, and data review to ensure RCA solutions are consistent, scalable, and correct. Analyze Salesforce and process data to support prioritization, ensure accurate migration outcomes, and assess system performance during rollout. Work with end users (AEs, AMs, Contracts, Ops) to collect feedback during RCA pilots and drive iterative improvements to quoting and ordering experiences. Document solution designs, requirements traceability, and future-state process flows to support change management, enablement, and long-term maintainability. Other duties as assigned. What you'll bring: 3-5+ years experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Revenue Systems/RevOps Manager supporting Quote-to-Cash systems. Deep experience with Salesforce CPQ or Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (config, pricing, product catalog, assets/subscriptions, contracts, orders). Strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM motions including new business, amendments, renewals, self-service, provisioning, and customer lifecycle. Experience with billing, payments, subscription management, usage/consumption models, or revenue operations systems. Proven ability to build and maintain a clear, outcome-oriented roadmap that aligns stakeholders, guides execution, and structures the RCA transition into logical phases. Ability to translate complex business processes into structured requirements, process flows, and system design. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to drive clarity and alignment across cross-functional teams. A keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach: ability and eagerness to dive into data, scenarios, and edge cases to uncover risks and opportunities. Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline processes, enhance data validation, or automate repetitive Q2C tasks. #LI-VC1 #LI-Hybrid Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training.
