Lead design of user experiences and interfaces for AEM platforms, conduct user research, ensure accessibility compliance, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders. | Bachelor's degree in design-related field, 5+ years UX design experience, proficiency in design/prototyping tools, knowledge of AEM and accessibility standards, and experience in Agile environments. | The Experience Designer is responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences across the Next Generation Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform for DMA. This role works at the intersection of design, research, and technology to create user-centric digital interfaces that support the missions of military and government stakeholders. The designer collaborates closely with UX researchers, frontend and backend developers, and content strategists to deliver scalable, component-driven design systems tailored to diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to guide the development of AEM websites and components. Conduct or contribute to user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions. Ensure compliance with Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards in all design outputs. Translate complex user needs and mission requirements into elegant and functional digital experiences. Collaborate with development teams to ensure design intent is accurately implemented within AEM. Support the development of a shared design system to maintain consistency across DMA web properties. Present design concepts and rationales stakeholders, internal teams, and leadership. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human-Centered Design, UX/UI Design, Digital Media, or related field 5+ years of experience designing digital experiences, ideally for enterprise or government platforms Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and execution Experience with responsive design, mobile-first approaches, and front-end collaboration Understanding of AEM's component-based architecture and content authoring workflows Knowledge of Section 508/WCAG accessibility requirements Experience working in Agile or iterative design environments
Maintain, modify, and execute testing plans, test cases, automated test scripts, and scenarios while collaborating with teams and reporting testing metrics. | 5 years of functional analysis and testing experience, expertise in ETL/SQL testing, automation skills, healthcare domain knowledge, and proficiency with multiple databases and testing tools. | Job Description: • SDET - Back-end tester (ETL/SQL) with automation skills and health care experience. • REMOTE--Occasional visit to the office. • Responsible for maintaining, modifying, and executing testing plans, test cases, low-level automated test scripts, and test scenarios. The position will work with testing tools, report on testing metrics, and help to extend the use of technology in testing. In addition, the incumbent must be able to communicate effectively and collaborate with other teams as necessary. • 5 years in functional analysis, testing experience within the software development life cycle and testing methodology. • Experience creating test plans, test cases and test scenarios from scratch • Experience mapping requirements to test requirements, test plans and test cases • Experience with at least 2 relational database management system (e.g., DB2, Oracle, SQL) • Knowledge and understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) • Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodology and tools • Experience with at least 2 defect tracking tools (e.g., HP ALM, Bugzilla) and 1 test management tool (e.g., HP ALM) Education : • Bachelor's Degree
